- Directing project managers and small engineering department;
- Willingness for international travelling and following upgrading courses;
- Fluently in Dutch and English (speaking and writing);
- Communicative and social thinking between management and work floor;
- Being creative and come with (innovative) solutions;
- Working with deadlines and having a great feeling of responsibility;
